These terms govern use of Social Poster, a private tool for preparing and publishing content to accounts authorized by its user.

Authorized use

The service may be used only with accounts the user owns or is authorized to manage. The user is responsible for all media, captions, settings, and publishing actions submitted through the service.

Platform rules

Use of the service must comply with the terms, policies, intellectual-property rules, and community guidelines of each connected social-media platform.

Content rights

The user retains ownership of submitted content and confirms that they have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish it.

Availability

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change when connected platforms change their APIs or policies.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses resulting from platform outages, rejected posts, account restrictions, unauthorized use, or content submitted by the user.

Termination

Access may be discontinued at any time. Users can also stop using the service and revoke its platform permissions through their account settings.
